To make Golden Milk, heat 1 cup of your favorite milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy). Vigorously mix in 1-2 teaspoons of Golden Milk blend, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of honey or other sweetener to taste.
Made for your favorite milk. Also good in oatmeal, cookies, cakes and smoothies.
